If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or you simply want to exchange your purchased item, you can return your order to the UGGYS Return Center (Returns or exchanges must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase or you simply want to change the style, size or colour, simply on +61 8 9301 5553 or email us on lakeside@uggys.com.au. All you have to do is to call the courier to organise a pickup from the same location the initial order was delivered to, quoting the consignment number that is provided on the shipping note. Simply use the satchel that was provided to you with your delivery to pack the return item/s. We are sure you agree that this is fair: First return or exchange delivery is on us, and if there is a second return or exchange delivery the cost is on you.

With the UGGYS GENUINE 90 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.

Return With UGGYS GENUINE - It's Easy:

  • You can return your purchase (ugg boots or other sheepskin products) for up to 90 days from the purchase date.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • You will be provided with a satchel with your delivery. By simply calling on +61 8 9301 5553 or email us on lakeside@uggys.com.au if you wish to exchange your purchase items, customer care will do the rest for you and email you the shipping note which you attach to your satchel. And you can organise the pickup on the day that is most convenient to you.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by the Return Center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund or exchange will be processed. Your exchange item will be shipped within 24 hours.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days for your refund to be credited to your bank account.

Our International Shipping Service

We ship to MOST countries

To ensure our shipping service is a pleasurable experience we would like to give you some brief information about posting items overseas.

All items posted from Australia OVERSEAS are subject to the destination country’s import/duty tax, regardless which mail provider (e.g. Australia Post, TOLL, UPS, DHL) they are shipped with.

As customs chooses at random, most items arrive without charge. However, if you are being confronted with import duty/tax (will be collected by DHL); it is the receiver’s duty to pay these will need to be paid to the courier at delivery or prior to delivery. AS you have purchased your item in Australia tax has already been paid in Australia, in some countries you can claim the import/duty tax back at your local customs. For specific information on import/duty tax, please browse the internet or contact the destination’s local customs office. We are also not liable for customs penalties, storage charges, or other expenses incurred as a result of any holds ups in customs. We are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state; we advise you to check your local laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country has a on ban any products.

If you refuse the item, our courier will return the shipment to our stores. We are happy to refund the amount excluding Shipping and other charges (e.g. Return postage) included in the return. If you change the receivers address while in transit, or if the address provided by the billing customer is wrong and the consignment has to be re-directed, we will charge the sender for re-direction of the consignment.

UGGYS GENUINE is using the courier services of DHL, which is a worldwide known and reputable courier company. UGGYS GENUINE has to comply with DHL’s Terms and Conditions which we pass on to our clients, who take up our Worldwide Shipping Service valued at $49.00. This service is trackable, but doesn’t include insurance. IMPORTANT: Due to political indifferences in some countries, our Shipping Service is only available for countries that deem to be safe to ship to at the time of service to assure safe and on time arrival of your goods at the desired destination. PLEASE NOTE: Our shipping service doesn’t incl. insurance. Should you wish to add insurance to your shipping service additional $39.00 will have to be paid. In the event of your consignment being lost in transit, we don’t take any responsibly unless an insurance policy has been purchased.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse to ship to any country at any time.

Exchange/Refund

Exchange: We will exchange your item within 90 days from the date of purchase. The items needs to be send back to our store at client’s expense. Charge of $49.00 applies to send the exchanged item back overseas.

Refund: We will refund your purchase within 90 days from the date of purchase minus shipping fee. The item needs to be send back to our store at client’s expense.
